Storm Tryouts for U12, U13, U14! U12 is a new addition!

Sunday, October 3 at Valders High School, 201 W. Wilson St.

• U12 8:30-10:00 am
• U13 10:00-12:00 pm
• U14 12:00-2:00 pm

See age chart posted below. It is your responsibiltiy to look up your child’s age group!

Registration table will be set up at 8:00 am for athletes trying out for U12 and approximately 45 minutes before the other age groups begin their tryouts.

Remember your paperwork/digital paperwork

1. DIGITAL COPY of your Badger Region Membership (keep a copy on your phone)
2. Medical Release Form
3. Concussion Form
4. Player Information Form
5. $25 cash/check payable to Lakeshore Storm Volleyball Club.
6. Download the SportsEngine App and create an account. The account will be under the parents name, and then you will need to add your athlete to that account.

We will NOT have a printer on site, so PLEASE have your paperwork in order!

Special Attention

U12 athletes and parents, we can NOT guarantee there will be U12 team. However, we will host the tryout and depending on numbers and athlete’s current skill levels, a decision will be made that day. If your athlete desires a tryout for the U13’s that will be included in your tryout fee and will not pay double.
